Venus Sex Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is the anti-aging and “get your sexy on” smoothie powerhouse. Look at its vibrant color! The combination of dragon fruit, avocado and cacao is the trifecta of foods that would ravish even the Roman Goddess of love, Venus. They can help with hormonal balance and libido.

Emma’s focus on hormonal balance and achieving long lasting youth, vitality, libido and sexual health led her to create this smoothie which combines healthy fats supporting the manufacturing of sex hormones (avocado + hemp seeds) with high antioxidants foods (cacao +pitaya+dark leafy greens from the land and the ocean in Zenberry). As we age, decades of bad habits and processed foods add up to creating massive cellular oxidation (cancer, chronic illnesses, auto-immune disorders, aging skin, etc. eating A LOT of plants rich in antioxidants combined with the right kind of fats in limited amounts daily works wonders.

Venus Smoothie with pitaya for sexual health and hormonal balance

Dragon fruit (or Pitaya)  and cacao are incredibly high in antioxidants. Dragon fruit with its amazing color is rich in flavonoids, phenolic acid, and betacyanin. These substances prevent cell oxidation from free radical damage, therefore premature aging and cancer. Pitaya is also rich in fiber (so is avocado!).  It may help lower your blood sugar as researchers have found in a study on mice (not people) that it replaces damaged cells in your pancreas. Pitaya is also a prebiotic which improves the balance of good to bad bacteria in the intestines. It is also rich in Vitamin C, supporting the immune system actions. This all can help with hormonal balance, sexual health and libido because when the body isn’t healthy, sex is not the priority.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pack of frozen pitaya (dragon fruit)
  • half a ripe avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup almond or coconut nilk
  • 1 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 2 TBSP Zenberry Greens
  • Optional: 1 TBSP cacao nibs for toppings (or inside the smoothie blend for chocolate fanatics)

Blend all ingredients in a high power blender
