Vanilla chai frozen yogurt smoothie is delicious. Yogurt, whether made from dairy or non-dairy milk, is delicious and filled with probiotics which can help your guy flora balance. We prefer to use vegan yogurts but the choice is yours. There are some really delicious coconut yogurts on the market and Anita’s is one of our favorites. Ok, maybe we are biased because they started in Brooklyn just like Zenberry but I’m sure you will agree once you have a taste.
Zenberry Vanilla Chai is our seasonal offering which is only available in fall/winter. We use our own chai spice blend sourcing the finest organic, fair-trade spices from around the world. We do not use cheap chia flavoring like most of products on the market. Trust me, you can taste the difference. These spices are among the highest anti-oxidant foods on the planet and have been used medicinally in Ayurveda for thousands of years. Many like cloves and cinnamon are great for oral and digestive health. Combining that with a good dose of probiotics and enzymes you have a recipe for a healthy digestive system. If you’re tired of the typical chocolate or vanilla flavored smoothie, spice up your life with a vanilla chai that will knock your socks off! The spices are calming and may help you sleep if consumed about 1 hour before bed.
