Chai-licious Smoothie Recipe

This warm, comforting drink is just what we need during the colder months of autumn and winter. The calming chai spices help warm the body from the inside and taste delicious this time of year.  Zenberry Vanilla Chai uses a custom organic, fair-trade spice blend not a cheap chai flavoring like most other drink mixes on the market. Ginger, cinnamon, real vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, cloves and a little black pepper (learn more about benefits of chai spices here). All of that combined with superfoods, vegan protein, and our greens blend found in our other formulas makes this a healthy drink for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup almond or rice milk
  • 2 TBSP Zenberry Vanilla Chai
  • 1/4 inch piece of ginger root
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup warm water

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. Do not use boiling water as it will destroy many of the nutrients and probiotics.
