The Spring Body Rejuvenation Program is a Spring detoxification program which will transition your diet from Winter to Spring foods which will enable your body to naturally transform with the season change. Since I started with Emma, one to one counseling, then did every body rejuvenation/ program there was offered, I have made slow but steady progress in managing my health and body. Every time I learn another micro nutrient fact from Emma's vast knowledge and development of these well constructed programs I feel lucky to know her! It's like going up a long set of stairs-to welcome more vegetables into my diet for keeps, knowing now through Emma how they can target health issues...it is like a giant puzzle. I am armed with crucial knowledge( like water drinking) to keep feeling healthier and lighter with the simple and delicious recipes and suggestions. Just this past detox, for instance, I became ever so much more aware of salt, added to my new knowledge of fats, micro nutrients and specific nutritional knowledge to help my health challenges (blood sugar control and thyroid) I feel confident t that Emma blazes the trail and shares her findings so well. I consider it a permanent learning delight to advance myself at this age, when my contemporaries are adding more and more drugs and down time to their lives. I admit that I was soon hesitant at first, giving up habits which did not, let's just say, let me lose weight or get my blood sugar in check...Hats off to Emma for knowing, learning and sharing in such a user friendly way so very well all she has learned!!! Oh, and I take Zenberry every day: make a shake with various additions. Would not start a day without it. It's pure nutrient dense way to start the day!

Decided to commit to the Spring detox with Emma - what a great choice. She is inspiring; and so are all the other people who go on the journey. It isn't hard, your body is so thankful and shows you in many ways. The recipes are useful for any day, even when you aren't on the detox! The learning is unlike any you get, and there is yoga on top of all that. It is so much more than eating - THANK YOU!

This is my third spring detox cleanse with Emma and I always look forward to them, spring, fall and sometimes summer. They come just when I need them--with seasonal recipes and the inspiration to get fit and healthy. I especially love the morning yoga and breathing exercises. It's a wonderful way to start the day. I plan to repeat the three day smoothie phase. Zenberry makes it easier. (Love the new recyclable packaging!). I always get inspired and learn something new about myself and it's fun to do it in the (virtual) company of others. I highly recommend this. Thank you Emma!

I've been doing the spring and fall rejuvenations for years and I love them. The recipes are diverse and comprehensive, and I like the ability to pick and choose between different options. I also like that the experience not only incorporates healthy eating, but also yoga and meditation, and taking care of the full self. Thanks Emma!

What a wonderful journey Emma has taken us on. This was my 2nd Spring body rejuvenation and it was better than the first. Emma's support and guidance makes this journey easy. This program helps on so many levels, learning how to eat clean energetic food and staying centered and focused with the daily meditations and yoga.
