Product Description

1, 5 or 10 personal training sessions (60 min long), either at our private Goji Gym in Brooklyn or virtually via the internet.

The workouts are tailored to your needs and may focus on strength training, cardio, flexibility and balance training, agility training or core strengthening. The session could take place indoor, outdoor, in-person or virtually over the internet. Equipment may include dumbbells, gliding disks, cross-core equipment, ballast ball, road bikes, kangoo jumps, indo-boarding, etc.  Get ready to sweat!

    Emma and I have been working together for many years. Every time I have a fitness goal, I know who to go to. Throughout the years, she taught me everything from a simple squat to advanced interval workouts. She gives me all the tools and information I need to stay fit, feel strong and live a healthy life. She understands the life of a consultant and prepares me to manage my training with my professional life in mind.
    Our most recent journey started in Spring 2016, after I recently recovered from a fractured foot and ankle sprain, and decided to run the NYC Marathon in November. Following a diagnostic session, Emma told me where I need added strength, flexibility and mobility to stay fit and injury-free. We built a training program consisting of running, cross-training, yoga and strength sessions, and a plan on recovery, nutrition and stretching.
    Transitioning from a leisure runner to a sub-4 hour marathoner is a bumpy road. It involves long training hours, injuries, lack of sleep, battling with extremely hot or cold weather, in addition to your day to day responsibilities. Emma teamed with me to manage all of these challenges, not only showing what to do, but also the "how" and the "why" and the "what ifs". I became gradually stronger, way more flexible, overcame all minor running injuries allowing me to stick to my running plan, but most importantly learned so many skills which I'm looking forward to adopt to my next big race! She's super professional, but also a great friend who cares and lives with your goal.
    Finally, I have to mention how important ZenBerry has been in my nutrition plan during this process. This magical product allowed me to recover from my exhausting runs much faster than any other form of nutrition, not to mention how fast and practical it is to make a delicious post-workout breakfast from it.
