**If you would like to return a Zenberry order to Goji Fitness, you must please contact us first**
Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

Goji Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs. Please contact us for a disounted replacement with proof of mishap.
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs and a 3% processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. **This does not apply to refused packages. Please see refused packages section below*.
If you are not 100% satisfied with Zenberry please contact Goji Fitness via email and return the unused portion within 30 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund (minus shipping)
Goji Fitness is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we may process the return appropriately.
If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipment costs and the return shipping fees and a 3% processing fee, if and when we receive the package back to our office. **Please Note: If you refuse a package, there absolutely will be a return shipping fee associated with the package being sent back to us. That return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We have no way of knowing what the cost of this return fee will be until we are charged it by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of paying this return fee**
If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping. If the package is received back to the warehouse, we can either refund the cost of the entire order or reship you a new package at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so we know it is on the way back to us.
**PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our office, we are unable to issue a refund.**
We will approve returns for the following reasons:
- Spoilage before best-by date; storage recommendations as per product package must be followed.
- Damages caused by Goji Fitness, LLC.*
- Unopened items within 30 days.
* Items damaged by opening boxes with box cutters or other types of damage caused by customer will not be returnable.
This return policy applies to orders purchased directly through Goji Fitness, LLC and Zenberry. If you purchased a Goji Fitness product at a retail store location, please contact the store regarding your return.
Please note: While we guarantee the freshness and purity of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on personal tastes, preferences, or reactions. This is due to the unique nature and potential seasonal variations of our superfoods.
If products are returned for reasons other than acceptable reasons stated above, a restocking fee between 25% and 100% will apply at Goji Fitness’ sole discretion.
