Zenberry Ginger Berry Smoothie

Naturally anti-inflammatory and packed with anti-oxidants, this smoothie will get you going! It is delicious and utilizes summer fruit so you get them at the peak of their ripeness.  You also get a useful amount of plant-based protein, fiber, complex carbs and superfoods like maca and lucuma.  Great as a meal replacement, a pick-me-up or workout recovery.

1 cup ginger tea (chilled)

1/3 cup organic blueberries

1/3 cup organic strawberries

handful of romaine lettuce

2 tbsp Zenberry Vanilla Berry

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  You can add ice if you like.
