Nuts for Zenberry Smoothie

Nuts and seeds are packed with healthy fats, protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber.  They will help keep you fuller, longer and are great to add to the diet when the temperature drops in the autumn and winter. The below recipe uses several nuts/seeds along with Zenberry Vanilla Chai that has our custom spice blend that is warming, in nature and packed with antioxidants.  These spices are considered medicinal in the ancient practice of Ayurveda but we love them just because they are so delicious!  Cheers!  SHOP NOW

2 TBSP Zenberry Vanilla Chai

2 TBSP raw or roasted cashews

1 TBSP poppy seeds

1 TBSP sesame seeds

2 TBSP goji berries

1 TBSP toasted coconut shavings

16-20 oz filtered water

Blend in a high power blender for 1 min. Add ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
